- Last-minute modifications may incur additional charges
- Cancellation terms for events are outlined in the booking agreement
CASA FLORA reserves the right to photograph floral setups for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

We currently operate within the United Arab Emirates.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details including:
- Recipient name
- Contact number
- Full address
- Preferred delivery timing
CASA FLORA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect delivery information
- Recipient unavailability
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or unforeseen circumstances
If a recipient is unavailable, we may:
- Leave the order with reception/security
- Attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply)
- Contact the sender for further instructions
