At CASA FLORA, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.


1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Products

Fresh flowers are perishable and time-sensitive products.

Because of this:

  • Returns are generally not accepted after delivery
  • Refunds are not available for flowers that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery

However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged flowers
  • Incorrect items
  • Poor-quality arrangements
  • Missing products

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation

After review, CASA FLORA may offer:

  • Replacement products
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

depending on the situation.


3. Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

Orders may be canceled before preparation begins.

Same-Day Orders

Same-day or urgent orders may not be eligible for cancellation once floral preparation has started.

Event & Wedding Orders

Custom event bookings may require deposits that are non-refundable once materials and flowers have been secured.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Delayed deliveries caused by external factors
  • Slight variations in flower appearance or shade
  • Natural flower lifespan after successful delivery

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
